Sabin 40143. Gagnon I, 2080, notes (in translation): “This book, which has as text only an index to the plates, consists of 89 plates representing fortification of 135 different places. We find here the plans of Quebec, Villemarie, Louisbourg and New Orleans.” Not in T.P.L., Lande, Streeter, or Dionne. Of particular interest are plates 87-89, showing the fortifications in America: (pl. 87:) Quebec, Louisbourg, (88:) Nouvelle Orléans, Port Dauphin, (89:) Cayenne and Ville Marie (i.e. Montreal).
